We are Chocolate Workshop Dobro. We are producers of natural handcrafted chocolate, without the addition of palm oil, preservatives or sugar. We use the elite Fino De Aroma cocoa variety from Trinitario cocoa beans. Only 8% of the world's cocoa is in this variety. Mild flavor with fruity notes, aromatic and without bitterness - this is the kind of chocolate that is obtained from this cocoa.
Our products are hand-made and lovingly experienced by chocolatiers. Chocolate is tempered and calmly tolerates high temperatures, reliable packaging made of coated foil protects the product from temperature extremes, humidity and mechanical damage.
Each tile is generously decorated with nuts and dried fruits. Also, instead of sugar we use honey from private apiaries and has test reports.
